Obituary of Edwin Unsworth

Suddenly, at his home in Waterloo on Thursday, January 30th. Edwin lived at Shamrock Co-operative Homes since 1991. He was an important part of the Shamrock community and had many friends there. Edwin was always helping with whatever needed to be done -- handyman, lawn mowing, dog walking, and helping his neighbours in so many other ways. On Tuesdays Edwin could be found at Coffee Club where he was in charge of making the coffee. Edwin was also a valued member of Pathway Community Church, where he attended faithfully. Edwin will be remembered for his kindness, helpfulness, and good manners. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. 

Friends gathered for a celebration of life for Edwin on February 22nd at Waterloo Mennonite Brethren Church. Edwin will be laid to rest on Wednesday, March 19th at 2 pm at Parkview Cemetery.
