
Obituary of Roger Edward Dippel
Passed away peacefully at Age Care West Williams LTC, Kitchener, at the age of 79.
Predeceased by his parents, Wesley Dippel and Johanna Ditner, his brother Douglas ‘Patrick’ Dippel (Wendy) and his sister, Jane Plomin (Larry).
Devoted uncle to Kevin Plomin, Robin McLaren, Gary Plomin, Nancy Dippel, and Tracy Dippel.
Roger was a man of many passions, each reflecting his vibrant spirit and zest for life. He found joy in the tranquility of fishing, often spending hours by the water, where he felt most at peace. His love for travel took him to many beautiful places, where he created lasting memories and friendships. Roger also had a green thumb; his garden was a testament to his nurturing nature, filled with vibrant blooms and lush greenery that brought joy to all who visited.
Roger's warmth and kindness touched the lives of everyone he met. He had a unique ability to make those around him feel special and valued. His laughter and stories will be deeply missed by his family and friends, who will carry his memory in their hearts forever.

Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo, on Tuesday, April 15, 2025, from 10 – 10:45 a.m. The funeral service will take place in the chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday at 11 a.m. A reception will immediately follow the service.
Cremation will have taken place, and a private family interment will be held at St. Agatha RC Cemetery.
