<h1>Margaret "Peggy" Reid</h1> 1920 – 2007 Surrounded by the love and presence of her family, Peggy died unexpectedly as the result of a stroke at K-W Health Centre of Grand River Hospital, on Wednesday, August 22, 2007. She was 87. Beloved wife of James R. Reid who predeceased her July 15, 2002. She will be lovingly remembered by her children, Harvey and his wife Sandra of Waterloo, Carol and her husband Gary Bowman of Brampton and daughter-in-law Barbara Reid of Cambridge. Her memory will live on in the lives of her adorning seven grandchildren, Bryan, Glenn, Nicole, Denise and Gerine Reid and Kelly and Laura Bowman. She will also be fondly remembered by her brother and sisters, Clarence Ostrander and his wife Dorothy and Mary Lundy of Brampton, Ethel McCauley of Streetsville and the members of the Reid family. She was predeceased by her son Ross in 1988; parents Maude (Dixon) and Andrew Ostrander and sisters Fannie Brown and Louise Ostrander Friends are invited to share their memories of Peggy with her family at the Erb &amp; Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King Street South, Waterloo, on Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service to celebrate her life will be held in the chapel of the funeral home on Saturday, August 25, 2007, at 11 am, with Rev. Bernie Hayes CR officiating. Immediately following the service, friends and relatives are invite to the Fireside Reception Room of the funeral home for refreshments and a time to visit with the family. A private family interment will be held in Brampton. Peggy will always be remembered as an elegant lady who had a warm friendly smile and a large heart full of many kindnesses.
