To the family of Mary Anderson
We were heartbroken to learn of Mary's passing, not having known of her illness. We knew Mary and Patrick through sailing at National Yacht Club and especially at the "old timers association" (NOTSA) segment of the club. Following Patrick's passing Mary seldom missed any of our two annual functions: the spring regatta ( physical participation optional) and the ladies night dinner party in the fall and it was always a pleasure to have her join us. We will miss her at future events.
Our sincere sympathy to all her extended family especially to the Nolan family.

Chad & I were shocked to learn from the NOTSA members at The National Yacht Club of dear & wonderful Mary's death. My goodness, we had no idea she was ill and want you ALL to know we are thinking of you during this sad time in your lives. Both Mary & Patrick were very special people and we had tons of fun when they were members at the National Yacht Club. Patrick was totally over the moon when he met his beloved Mary. We just happened to be in Fort Meyers, FL the day they were to arrive at Marco Island to begin their new living adventures on their lovely sailing vessel,'Southern Gal' and went to meet them.... all those years ago. On the way south, their car had been vandalized and many of their clothes had been stolen, including Patrick's underwear, however, Mary's mink coat was left behind!!! Both Mary & Patrick lived their life to the fullest, had oodles of friends, travelled extensively and were two of the most generous and fun loving people you could ever meet. It's been our privilege to have had them in our lives. Although we haven't seen much of Mary since her move to Kitchener, whenever we did meet up, we simply picked up where we left off. She was often in our thoughts as we've reminisced over the years about the fabulous and extraordinarily good times we all had together. With sympathy and caring. Hugs, Chad & Patricia Humphrey xxx

Gordon and I want to offer our deepest condolences to Mary’s family. We met Patrick and Mary at National Yacht Club and enjoyed their company on many a sail and dinner at the club. After Patrick’s passing, although we were no longer members of the club, we looked forward to our yearly “Pussycat” dinner or other event as a time to visit with Mary. May she rest in peace.

To Mary's Family,
I was with great sadness that I learned of Mary's Passing. My deepest condolences to Mary's family.
I have many fond memories of sailing with Patrick and Mary on the Pussy Cat, with Snacks and drinks during and after sailing. Truly enjoyed ski weekends in Ellicottville with the rest of the Pussy Cat gang. They are some of the fondest memories of my life.
Though it all, Mary was the voice of reason, calm and wit. Always with a smile and sage advice. She will be truly missed.
Sincerely
Geoff Menzies
