Obituary of Christine Frey

Passed away peacefully at St. Mary’s Hospital, Kitchener on Thursday September 26, 2024, at the age of 92.  

Survived by her loving daughter Marian Hyde and her husband Roy Frater, son Henry Frey and his wife Betty and her very special grandsons Taylor, Brandon and Christopher. 

Predeceased by her husband Martin Frey and beloved son Martin Frey Jr.; parents Maria (nee Wilhelm) and Filip Adolf. 

Christine will be dearly missed but always remembered by her family, extended family, friends and everyone she touched.  

Special thanks to the staff at St Mary’s Hospital and Dr. Day for their compassion and care. 

Visitation will be held at the Erb & Good Family Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo on Thursday, Oct. 3, 2024  from 7 – 9 p.m. and Friday Oct. 4, 2024  from 10 - 10:45 a.m.  The funeral service will take place in the chapel of the funeral home on Friday Oct. 4th at 11 a.m. A reception will immediately follow the service in the funeral home’s Fireside Reception Room.   Interment will follow the reception at Woodland Cemetery, Kitchener.
